Live Well Holistic Health has a new blog to share with you their interesting and insightful stories and infinite wisdom. You'll see posts from Traci Orimenko, Holistic Health Counselor and Office Manager at Live Well, and Dr. Martin Orimenko, Director of the Center. There will also be some guest posts from their amazing Reiki Master and Massage Therapist too.

HEART OF STEELcity is an online documentation of artists, designers, musicians, business owners, sassy ladies, handsome fellows, sassy fellows and handsome ladies, optimists, belly laughers, home cooks, DIY project creators, photographers, comics, thrift-shoppers, writers and more. This new blog is really great for anyone else in the Lehigh Valley area - she's doing some awesome things to expose creatives of all kinds.

Lesley Haas, Clover Market, Designs...

I fell in love with Lesley Haas' work today at the Clover Market. So lovely to meet someone who loves paper and collage as much as I! I also thoroughly enjoyed my free Reiki session at Live Well Holistic Health Center. Lots of the brochures and business cards I designed for them were handed out today. Super exciting! And they will still be carrying my earrings so that's where they're at now instead of my Etsy. Definitely check it out if you're in the Ardmore area - both the health center, which is in an amazing building itself, and the market which will be going on twice a month. I'm considering setting up shop there one of these times as well. If not, I'm definitely renting a table at Jake's Flea Market! I'll keep you posted on when that's happening of course! If you are interested in my earrings and can't make it to Ardmore, contact me anytime and I will hook it up for you since they are not currently on Etsy. HEY and if you're not a fan of Curious Designs on facebook - you should probably get on that NOW!

Clover Market THIS Sunday!

My original handmade earrings will be sold this coming Sunday, April 11th, in Ardmore at the GRAND OPENING of the Clover Market thanks to Live Well Holistic Health Center who will be carrying stock of my earrings. Super exciting news, right?!

Come check it out. It sounds like they should have some really cool stuff by lots of different artists, plus, I'll be there! It's in the parking lot right near 16 E. Lancaster Ave on the Main Line right in Ardmore. Hope to see you there! If not, check it out some other time because it will be open twice a month for the next 3 months!!

UPDATE: The Market was great - and what a beautiful day for it! I got to meet and talk to lots of local artists who have been in the business for a long time and received some great insight from them - not to mention there was some amazing stuff for sale!  I even got a free mini Reiki session at Live Well which was amazing! Check out some pictures from the day here. My earrings are also still available to purchase right in the Live Well office in the Plaza 16 building! It's an awesome historical building to check out as well with a retractable roof to let in the fresh air and the sunlight for all the beautiful greenery and trees. Very peaceful.

The Real Art

Straight from the "sketchbook" - The artwork made for myself and no one else. The stuff people never get to see. It's not pretty. It's my therapy. The real art. From the body and soul. No BS. NOW FOR SALE ON ETSY: My digital collages printed on rice paper.

From my "through the looking glass" series, these are one of a kind prints, 12" x 22", printed on authentic Japanese rice paper. The collection is about a series of experiences that can better be expressed through pictures, colors and textures. Some are from my travels and how these particular places made me feel and the grandiosity of them that can't be seen through a simple photograph. Others are more personal experiences that can't be explained in words. Anyway, ENJOY the few I post here and check more out on Etsy!
